CareerForge provides specialized training programs designed to help students and professionals build careers in finance and investment banking. Our programs are tailored to industry requirements, ensuring that students gain practical skills, real-world insights, and job readiness.
By enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. These Terms serve as a legally binding agreement between CareerForge and our students, governing aspects such as course enrollment, fee structure, placement policies, refund policies, intellectual property rights, and student conduct.
If you do not agree to any of these Terms, we advise you not to enroll in our courses or use our services. CareerForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is the responsibility of the student to stay updated.
Enrollment in CareerForge’s programs is open to all eligible candidates who meet the specified criteria for each course. The registration process requires candidates to submit accurate personal details, academic qualifications, and other relevant information. By enrolling, the student confirms that all information provided is true and accurate. CareerForge reserves the right to deny admission or cancel enrollment if any discrepancies are found.
The fee structure for each course is clearly outlined on our website and during the enrollment process. Students must make payments according to the agreed schedule. We offer flexible payment plans for some programs, allowing students to pay in installments. However, all payments must be cleared before accessing the final stages of training or certification.
For job-oriented programs under our “Get Placed First, Pay Later” model, the placement fee is payable only after securing a job through CareerForge’s placement assistance, as detailed in our Career Placement Services (CPS) Agreement.
CareerForge offers a unique “Get Placed First, Pay Later” model, making quality education accessible to all. Under this agreement, students in our FMOS, Government Financial Jobs, and Equity Research Expert programs can complete their training, receive job placement assistance, and only pay the placement fee after securing a job.
Upon successfully securing employment through our placement network, students are required to pay a placement fee equivalent to one month’s gross salary. This ensures that CareerForge remains fully invested in maximizing student placements at the highest possible salary package.
Before enrolling in these placement-linked programs, students must sign a CareerForge Placement Services (CPS) Agreement, confirming their commitment to paying the placement fee post-placement. Failure to fulfill this commitment may result in legal action and the denial of further career support services.
CareerForge maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses. Once a student has enrolled and paid the course fee, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Students are encouraged to review the course curriculum, faculty, and placement benefits before making a payment.
In rare cases, students may request to defer their batch or transfer to another session, subject to approval. Batch transfers are at the sole discretion of CareerForge and depend on seat availability and faculty schedules.
CareerForge goes beyond traditional training by offering comprehensive career support, including mock tests, interview coaching, HR and technical interview preparation, and placement assistance. Our goal is to ensure that students are not only trained but also job-ready for real-world challenges in the finance industry.
To maximize placement opportunities, students are expected to:

Students who secure a job through our placement network must pay the agreed placement fee as per the CPS Agreement. CareerForge reserves the right to take legal action against students who fail to honor this commitment.
CareerForge expects all students to uphold professionalism and ethical conduct during training and placement. Any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating on assessments, misrepresentation of qualifications, or unethical job search behavior, will result in immediate termination from the program without a refund.
Additionally, students must treat faculty, peers, and hiring partners with respect and comply with industry standards of professional behavior.
All course materials, including lectures, study notes, videos, assessments, and proprietary content provided by CareerForge, are intellectual property of CareerForge and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or reproduced without explicit written consent.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of CareerForge’s educational content will lead to immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
While CareerForge is committed to student success, we do not guarantee job placement for every student. Securing employment depends on various factors, including individual performance, employer hiring criteria, and job market conditions.
CareerForge is not responsible for job rejections, salary negotiations, or post-placement employer decisions. Our role is to facilitate opportunities, but ultimate hiring decisions rest with the employer.
We take data privacy seriously and ensure that all student information is kept confidential. CareerForge collects personal data only for:
Course registration and student communication.
Career placement services and job applications.
Internal training and certification records.
